CANCELLATION POLICY


A 25% non-refundable deposit is due upon signature of this contract. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to your reserved event date. Payments can be made via e-transfer (hello@structuur.ca), major credit card through secure checkout, or via cash.Please note that there is no refund provided on items left unused at your event. If our services are no longer required (cancellation of event, etc.) the initial 25% deposit payment will be non-refundable. If the event is cancelled less than 30 days beforehand, the full balance will be non-refundable.
